Research approach also plays an important role in order to develop the research design and increase the effectiveness of research study. An effective research approach helps the researcher to represent research outcomes in an effective manner. In
research methodology, most of the researcher uses two research approaches such as inductive and deductive research approach. In deductive research approach, researcher develops a theory and hypothesis and designs a research strategy to test the hypothesis through the
collection and analysis of data. The deductive research approach is used with the positivism and qualitative research. Deductive research approach helps researcher to explain casual relationship between variables.

On the other hand, inductive research approach is used with the interpretive and qualitative research. In this research approach, researcher collects the data and information and develops theory with the help of data analysis and compare with existing theory and produce the outcomes. Most of the researcher use inductive research approach, when a theory is derived from observations. In this, the researcher begins research with specific observation and tries to measure them (Johnson and Christensen 2010).
